Most people find us in the middle of a transition, and many of them refer themselves. You inquire on your own behalf, you hear back from us directly, and you are treated as a guest of the house rather than a case to be managed.
If You Place People, We Want to Work With You
If your caseload includes adults who are ready to live independently but have nowhere furnished to land, they are exactly who we house. We would rather be a standing option you can count on than a one-time referral.
Somewhere Settled While Home Isn’t an Option
We provide furnished temporary housing for qualifying insurance displacement and relocation needs. We can coordinate housing requirements, documentation and direct invoicing with approved insurance, relocation or other third-party payers when authorized.

Professionally managed shared residences. Furnished private rooms with shared common areas, all utilities and internet included, regular housekeeping of common spaces, and a guest portal for maintenance and messages. Guests live independently and come and go as they choose.
We are not a licensed care facility, a treatment program, a halfway house, or a supervised living environment. There is no on-site staff, no clinical or nursing care, no medication management, and no transportation. Guests who need those services keep them through their own providers.
